The best way to reserve a charter is to give us a call at 415-302-1119 to fix an ideal time and date for sailing. All booked and confirmed charters require a 50% deposit, which can be done by phone. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal, and Venmo. Cash is always welcome for the final payment on the boat (all forms of payment can be accepted on the boat as well).
We can carry up to six passengers per sail. The Hawks Nest is located in the Cove at Tiburon Marina at 50 Barbaree Way, Tiburon, CA 94920. All charter sails will depart from that location unless alternative plans are made with the Captain.
NOTE: All trips are subject to weather and tides and may be canceled for rain or certain other conditions at the Captain's discretion.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
On Hawks Nest safety is our primary concern. If a planned trip is deemed unsafe for any reason we will try to reschedule the trip any deposits will be returned to the client if another date can't be arranged.
Cancellation by the client for any reason may not warrant return of deposits. Deposits will be returned at the Captain's sole discretion.
